Job Description
We are looking for additional Marketing who will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities for our company in recruiting nurses.

• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies

• Develop, execute, and monitor marketing plans and strategies across a variety of channels

• Manage and enhance a company's brand or reputation in the public's eye

• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities

• Plan advertising campaigns to meet marketing strategy requirements

• Develop and create marketing materials, such as conversion and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met

• Coordinate objectives with operations (recruitment team), creative and social media team

• Provide advice as to how to best reach the target market

• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

• Stay up- to- date with digital technology trends

• Work with external agencies (partners) to execute marketing programs

• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays (with 2-day offs)

• Willing to travel and conduct event all over the Philippines

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising Arts, Business Management or related course

• At least 2 years working experience in the field of Marketing specifically in Social Media Management & Brand Management

• Entrepreneurial mindset is an advantage

• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis

• Knowledge of meta business suite or social media business ads is a plus like canva

• Flexible, organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Creative and resourceful

• Requires minimum supervision

• Amenable to work alone and as a team player

• Strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with influence stakeholders

• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays (with 2-day offs)

• Willing to travel and conduct event all over the Philippines

• Can start immediately (work location Malate Manila)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
