Main Function:

• Ensure that the Fast Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 standard is complied and that all established standard procedures, guidelines, policies and work instructions are followed by all Fastcargo Logistic sites/branches. He/She also assist the region in coming up with the best possible solutions in their operational performance by enhancing and developing systems and procedures, standardizing and benchmarking against best practices, performing operational systems and manpower audit.
