PERSONAL ASSISTANT/SECRETARY
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily activities. You will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our executive/team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications:
· With Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
· With proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software.
· With ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· With at least as a personal or executive assistant with a stable employment history, experience supporting a family or diplomat is a plus.
· Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Flexibility with schedule and adaptability to changing priorities.
· With good attitude and work ethics
· Honest, responsible, and trustworthy, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
· Positive attitude and strong work ethics.
· Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday
· Must be willing to do tasks outside the office
· Must be willing to report to Pasay and Makati area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing the schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and other appointments.
· Maintain and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks
· Handle communications on behalf of executives, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients (if possible)
· Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
· Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, representing the executive's interests
· Run personal and business errands as needed, including shopping, deliveries, and other tasks.
· Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
