Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate and operational matters, especially those related to the energy and power industry.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations specific to the renewable energy sector.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, or negotiations when necessary.
• Support the management team in business decisions by providing clear legal insights and strategies.
• Collaborate with external legal firms as needed for specialized legal matters.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure proactive compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or Juris Doctor) and licensed to practice law in the Philippines.
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in the energy and power industry.
• Prior experience with regulatory compliance, contract law, and corporate governance in a startup environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy regulations and environmental laws.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
