They are now seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join their team in the Philippines.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with key clients. This role focuses on driving client success, retention, and account growth through strategic engagement and tailored solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business goals while contributing to our client’s growth in the region.

OBJECTIVES

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Identify growth opportunities within accounts, driving upselling and cross-selling efforts.

Deliver insights and solutions that optimize clients’ e-commerce and logistics operations.
Core Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and fostering strong relationships.

Understand client’s business challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and innovative solutions.
-
Conduct regular account reviews to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
-
Represent the company at industry events to promote the brand and develop new leads.

Provide training and guidance to clients to maximize the value of solutions offered.
Must-Have:
-
Philippine Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 6 years in account management, preferably within e-commerce or Saa S.

Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
-
Proven success in managing and growing key accounts.
-
Experience leveraging data analytics to provide business insights.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-
Strong customer-focused problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting Line: Regional Account Director
Team Management: Individual contributor
Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
