- Research and gather potential leads from online and offline sources, including websites, directories, social media, and databases.
- Evaluate the quality and relevance of leads based on company criteria.
- Organize, manage, and maintain a clean and accurate lead database.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand target audience profiles.
- Use tools and software to assist in the lead generation process.
- Update and refine the lead database regularly to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate reports and provide insights on lead generation progress.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with online tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
