The work:
As an Infrastructure Monitoring, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems, as well as delivering services in accordance with best practices. Your typical day will involve developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives. You will work closely with existing standards and methods of delivery to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities

• incident ticket creation
• service request implementation (job operation)
• reporting routine tasks
• Incident alert monitoring and communication to POC

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Understanding of IT operations and best practices.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is a must
• Solid grasp of technology initiatives and trends.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

Qualifications

• The candidate should be atleast knowledgeable in IT services and process
• Must be a bilingual with atleast N3 level of certification or equivalent
• Resource must be based in Manila.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring.
• Must be a bilingual with atleast N3 level of certification or equivalent
• This position is based in Manila.
