Job Description: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Company Overview: We are a world-class medium-sized pharmaceutical company in the Philippines, focusing on herbal supplements and innovative research aimed at addressing debilitating diseases. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Officer to support our growing team and enhance our human resource management.
Position: HR Officer
Location: Santa Rita, Guiguinto, Bulacan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and local labor laws.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with government reporting requirements (DOLE, SSS, Phil Health, Pag-IBIG).
• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Administer payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management.
• Assist in the performance appraisal process and support management in employee development and retention initiatives.
• Provide HR-related guidance to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in conducting training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
• Support in handling disciplinary actions, terminations, and other HR-related legal concerns.
• Stay updated on HR trends and labor regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.
• Knowledge of local labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (HRIS experience is an advantage).
