Position: Deputy Manager - Human Resources (HR)
Location: Quezon City
Experience: Minimum 8 years
of HR experience, with 4-5 years as an HR Manager/HRBP in a BPO setting
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000
Role Overview:
The Deputy Manager - HR will play a critical role in managing HR functions within a BPO environment. The candidate will handle large accounts, ensure compliance with labor laws, and drive initiatives in Emyloyee engagement, case management, and employee relations. The role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with HR metrics, and expertise in labor relations, coupled with the flexibility to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Leadership and Business Partnering:
Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders within the BPO setting.
Lead HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals and client requirements.
Employee Relations and Case Management:
Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving workplace conflicts.
Handle case management, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and policies.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and organizational policies.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits and programs.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Prepare and analyze HR reports, including attrition analysis and metrics computation.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.
Legal and Labor Relations:
Manage legal and labor relations issues, providing expertise in disciplinary procedures and labor law compliance.
Serve as the liaison for legal matters and labor disputes
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including 4-5 years as an HR Manager or HRBP in a BPO setting.
Proven experience in handling large accounts within a BPO environment.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits. Proficiency in HR analytics, attrition analysis, and metrics computation.

Pay: Php75,000.00 per month
