We are seeking an HR Specialist for the Human Development Department (HR Department) at Brgy. Maria Clara, Iloilo City, Iloilo.
Job Summary:
- The position is responsible for reviewing and maintaining job descriptions, maintaining or assisting in designing and developing organizational structure, conducting work volume analysis to ensure that reasonable manpower requirement is aligned with the organizations' goal and other aspects of organization improvement. The position is also responsible for assisting HD Field management with efficient process improvement in collaboration with the IMP operations.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Human Management, Business Administration (major in Management) or related course
- Applicants who are licensed Psychometrician have an advantage
- Preferrable with work experience in Human Resource Department
