About the Role:
As an Employee Relations Officer, you will support the Employee Relations Lead in implementing employee relations initiatives, case management, and discipline management processes. This position involves close collaboration with the Employee Relations Lead, HR team, Operations, and other stakeholders to promote a harmonious and productive work environment.
Employee Relations:

  • Support the Employee Relations Lead in implementing engagement and retention initiatives like FGDs, one-on-ones, coaching, and employee disputes and issues consultation.
  • Assist in the events, rewards, and wellness activities to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct one-on-ones, focus groups, and temp-checks to gather insight and feedback.
  • Gather and organize survey data for analysis and action planning.
  • Handles disciplinary cases by preparing documentation, drafting corrective action notices, and assisting in investigations – in coordination and with approval from Lead
  • Ensure timely documentation and tracking of cases, maintaining records to ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine Labor Law.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Relations Lead to ensure fair and consistent application of disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in managing administrative processes related to disciplinary actions, helping to ensure adherence to due process and legal requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and maintaining clear communication with Operations and other departments.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze findings, and assist in reporting insights to aid in retention improvements.
  • Support compliance by preparing documentation for regulatory requirements, attending hearings with government agencies, and maintaining accurate records for employee relations matters.
  • Facilitates and conducts learning sessions that is relevant in employee conflict resolution, employee rights, company policies and workplace culture
  • Work with leadership to support implementation and reinforcement of organizational changes and others
HR Admin, Compensation and Benefits, Engagement:
  • Tickets and Database Management – ER and EE cases
  • Assist in administrative HR functions, if needed
  • Other Adhoc HR tasks
What you’ll bring in:
  • Proven working experience as HR Employee Relation or equivalent in a BPO Set Up for at least 2 years
  • Creativity and innovation in designing engaging employee experiences/events.
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Experience:
  • Employee Relations: 2 years (Preferred)
  • BPO/Offshoring/Outsourcing: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
  • 100% (Preferred)
