Job Posting: Hotel Reservation Representative (Night Shift)
Location: MOA Complex, Pasay City
Shift: Permanent Night Shift/Graveyard Shift
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Hotel Reservation Representative to join our growing team! This is a customer-centric role where you’ll handle around 30 calls per day – 60% focused on customer assistance, and 40% handling reservations. You will be offering and suggesting perks and benefits to guests over the phone, but this is NOT a hardcore selling role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make and manage 30 calls per day
• 60% customer assistance and 40% reservations
• Provide information about perks and benefits to guests, with no hard selling
• Work during the graveyard shift, assisting guests from across the globe

• 20% Night Differential Pay

• Performance-based incentives: Earn up to ₱30,000 to ₱50,000 per month in performance incentives

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO voice experience (International accounts)
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Can start ASAP and commit to night shift schedules
