-Hotel Reservation Specialist
- 30 calls per day, 60% - customer assistance, 40% of calls will be reservations
- Offering, suggesting perks & benefits with the guest over the phone
LOCATION: MOA, Pasay
POSITION: Customer Service Representative- Choice Hotel ( Hotel Reservation)
WORK SET-UP: Pure Onsite
SCHEDULE: Night Shift ( 9PM-6AM)
START DATE: Urgent / ASAP

·20K basic + 4,950 NTA
*20% Night Differential Pay
*HMO day 1 plus 2 dependents for upon regularization

(REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS)
1. HS / SHS grad with at least 6 months BPO voice international experience
2. Excellent English Communication Skills
