Facility Bot is a fast-growing Facilities Management (CMMS) Saa S platform. As Facility Bot continues to expand globally, this hire will be a key member of the team focused on converting leads to sales. This is a quota-carrying position based remotely in the Philippines (Manila) with global coverage.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in meeting Saa S sales targets. You are expected to be independently driven, collaborative, and organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Tech-savviness and the ability to understand the Facility Bot system is crucial. Previous experience in Facilities Management or related sectors is a bonus.
Exceptional performers will have opportunities for progression to management roles within Facility Bot.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Conversion

• Follow up with leads generated by the lead generation team
• Address client concerns
• Assist clients in free trials
• Provide Quotations
• Convert these leads into paid subscriptions

2) Lead Generation: Supplement the lead pipeline by generating leads independently via Linked In, Email, In-person meetings at events
3) Participation in and conduct of online client demonstrations

• Join in online Facility Bot demonstration to potential client leads
• Understand all features of Facility Bot well, including Io T integrations

4) Channel Partnerships

• Establish partnerships with relevant channel partners (e.g. FM Companies FM Consultants, CMMS Resllers, Io T vendors)

5) CMMS Tenders

• Source for suitable CMMS tenders
• Prepare tender documents and pitch to win CMMS tenders

6) Engage with the local Facilities Management industry, including

• Building strong relationships with key executives in Facilities Management Companies
• Participation in local Facilities Management Associations
• Systematically reach out to Facilities Management Companies to ensure that Facility Bot is well-known within the industry

7) Events and Conferences

• Recommend suitable events and conferences to participate in
• Man booths at suitable events and conferences

8) Strategy and Others

• Recommend other ways to publicize Facility Bot, such as via events, industry awards, or PR opportunities
• Recommend other strategies that may help to increase Facility Bot’s subscriptions
• Any other tasks as may be required by Facility Bot

• Base + Sales Commissions
