We are currently hiring fresh graduates for customer consulting/service.

• Customer Service Teams provide consulting services for Spinifex IT customers to help them with the best practices and any issues or questions they may have with our products. Spinifex IT has multinational customers which is a great opportunity to learn how to interact with different customers via email or online meetings, and understand their business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other related fields. Graduates from non-IT courses with a passion for functional roles like technical writing and customer care are also welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship/part-time experience in software development, testing, technical writing, or customer service will be highly considered.
• Working knowledge of web software and cloud-based apps is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks such as Javascript Frameworks, Angular, Vue.js, or React JS, Selenium, ABAP, and SAP UI5 is a huge plus.
• Experience with cloud-based productivity tools like Google Suite, Slack, Jira, etc., is a plus
