ELECTRICAL ENGINEER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing electrical systems (layouts, load calculations, and code compliance).
• Coordinating project plans with other engineers, managing electrical work schedules, and reviewing technical specifications.
• Supervising installation of electrical systems, ensuring quality control and safety standards.
• Testing and commissioning electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and finalizing system readiness.
• Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance with local laws, obtaining necessary permits, and conducting safety audits.
• Documenting progress with detailed reports and updating as-built drawings.
• Providing post-construction maintenance support and recommending system upgrades.
• Managing costs and assisting with procurement of materials.
• Staying updated on industry trends, maintaining certifications, and ensuring continuous professional development.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensing: A Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license from the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) is an advantage.
• Experience: 1-3 years of field experience in electrical installations, design, and project management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software (Auto CAD, Revit Etch.), knowledge of electrical systems, and understanding of the Philippine Electrical Code.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding of electrical safety standards and environmental considerations.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry changes.
