Drivers transport goods from one location to the other. Truck Drivers often drive long distances, either in the province or in NCR. Truck Drivers must possess a commercial driver’s license and are trained in safe driving best practices. Truck Drivers often assist with loading and unloading merchandise from their vehicle. Truck Drivers are responsible for ensuring that their goods arrive safely and on schedule.
· Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude;
· Always be polite and courteous to superiors and clients;
· Always in complete uniform prescribed by the Company;
· To drive safely to their destination and with precaution;
· Practice safe driving and avoid over-speeding; always follow traffic rules whenever on the road;
· Help loading and unloading of the merchandise from the vehicle;
· Ensure that all units to be delivered are safely placed inside the truck and are complete;
· Keep logs of activities and ensure that the vehicle is maintained in good working order;
· Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance;
· Plan routes and meet delivery schedules in a timely and efficient manner;
· Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods);
· Notify the branch supervisor in case merchandise were not delivered for whichever reason;
· Immediately notify the superior in the event truck problems were encountered while on the road;
· May obtain new customers along a delivery route and advertise;
· Refuse tips or any monetary gift or in-kind from customers;
· Conduct drive tests and help in assessing potential driver applicants competency;
· Conduct daily/weekly check-ups of the delivery vehicle’s condition and recommend or make necessary corrective measures;
· Keep updated truck maintenance records;
· Make meaningful recommendations in regards with department processes;
· Strictly comply and be knowledgeable of the company's procedures and policies i.e. Code of Discipline, Employee Handbook;
· Continuously improve through feedback and;
· Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php15,860.00 - Php16,900.00 per month
