Customer Care Representative I Healthcare Experience

Position: Customer Care Representative
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Work setup & shift: Onsite | Day Shift

As a Customer Care Representative, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients;
- Provide solutions to client enquiries or complaints within an acceptable time frame;
- Liaise with relevant departments when necessary;
- Manage incoming and outgoing email;
- Assist in arranging meetings with potential referral sources to develop relationships and referral network;
- Prepare and coordinate agreements and contracts;
- Manage and update the database and CRM;
- Assist in administering the client intake process;
- Provide ongoing client care management;
- Work closely with the team in the evaluation and continuous improvement of service delivery.
- At least 1 to 2 years sales and fulfillment experience in any industry.
- Experience working in a healthcare and disability service provider is required.
- Email management skills.
- Exceptional communication both verbal and written.
- Ideally familiar with handling CRM.
