We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our Accounting Suite across the Philippines. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of our software in both new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the accounting software industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop and execute market entry strategies that will accelerate the growth of our product.
Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion & Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the market share of our Accounting Suite across the Philippines. This includes identifying key growth areas, understanding regional market dynamics, and mapping out targeted approaches for new customer acquisition.

• Sales & Revenue Growth:

Drive sales efforts by identifying and nurturing leads, conducting presentations and demos of the Accounting Suite, and closing new business opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set for the region.

• Partnerships & Alliances:

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, resellers, accountants, and industry influencers to enhance the product's visibility and credibility in the market.

• Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies, including attending industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities. Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Continuously monitor and assess market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Product Knowledge & Promotion:

Maintain deep knowledge of the Accounting Suite, its features, and its competitive advantages. Effectively communicate these benefits to prospective clients and partners.

• Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of the product to customers. Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and progress towards goals.

• Training & Support:

Provide training and support to clients, partners, and internal teams on the features and benefits of the Accounting Suite. Ensure proper onboarding and successful adoption of the software.
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

• Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the software, accounting, or technology sectors. Experience with accounting software solutions is highly preferred.

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the Philippine business landscape and accounting practices.
• Proven track record of sales success and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Language:

Fluency in English and Filipino (both written and spoken) is required.

• Travel:

Willingness to travel within the Philippines or abroad for client meetings, industry events, and partnership development.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
