- Generates Invoices - Create and send out invoices to customers or clients for goods or services provided.
- Posting of Payments - Record and processes of customer payments in Netsuite (Accept Customer Payment) received from customers, which may include cash, checks, credit card payments, or electronic transfers, by identifying and applying the payment received to the proper client and invoices.
- Payment verification for Incentive Purposes
- Sending of Statement of Accounts to clients
- Credit Memo - process refund for returned goods, overpaid invoices, or other billing adjustments.
- Handle Billing Inquiries - respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, discrepancies, or questions about their invoices. Perform regular reconciliation of Statement of Accounts with clients.
- Account Reconciliation - reconcile accounts receivable records with the subsidiary ledger to ensure accuracy and proper accounting. Ensure that the Subsidiary Ledger report total balance is reconciled with the Netsuite GL total balance
- Maintain Billing Records - Keep detailed records of all billing transactions, payments received, and any correspondence with customers.
- Adhere to Regulations - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, such as tax laws, billing guidelines, and data protection regulations.
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement - Proactively identify areas where billing processes can be streamlined or improved to increase efficiency and accuracy.
