We are looking for a Jr. Technical and Warranty Associate to provide technical support, assist with warranty claims, and help maintain the integrity of our products in the market.

Job Summary:
The Jr. Technical and Warranty Associate will be responsible for assisting with product-related inquiries, providing technical support to customers, and managing warranty claims for tires and automotive accessories. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive products, customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, dealers, and internal teams regarding product specifications, installation, maintenance, and performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to tires and automotive accessories, ensuring clear communication and solutions.
  • Conduct product training sessions for internal teams or customers on product usage, installation procedures, and safety standards.
Warranty Management:
  • Assist in managing warranty claims for tires and automotive accessories, ensuring all claims are processed according to company policy and procedures.
  • Evaluate and inspect returned products to determine the validity of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with warranty terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to process returns, replacements, and repairs efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including customer details, product information, and resolution status.
  • Customer Service and Communication:
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product defects, warranty claims, and technical support, ensuring a timely and professional response.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining warranty policies, technical information, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any product-related issues or complaints.
Product Quality Monitoring:
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to report and escalate recurring issues or defects in products.
  • Assist in conducting product inspections and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards before products are distributed.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to automotive tires and accessories.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain warranty documentation, including claims forms, inspection reports, and customer feedback.
  • Generate reports on warranty trends, technical issues, and product performance to provide insights to the management team.
  • Keep track of warranty claim statistics, identifying patterns and suggesting improvements to reduce claims.
Product Returns and Replacement Processing:
  • Coordinate with customers and dealers on the logistics of returning faulty products and issuing replacements or refunds.
  • Ensure the return process is efficient, ensuring minimal impact on customer satisfaction and business operations.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical expertise in product promotions, training, and communications.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to manage inventory of returned products and coordinate the proper handling of warranty items.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support, warranty management, or customer service (experience in the automotive or tire industry is a plus).
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive products, especially tires and accessories.
  • Basic understanding of warranty policies, product specifications, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of tire performance, specifications, and safety standards.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position
  • Office-based with occasional travel to customer sites or dealerships for product inspections, troubleshooting, or training.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
