JJ Care story begins in 2018 when founder Jack Cho bravely embarked on a journey to start an e-commerce business focusing on medical and health-related products. Using the Amazon platform, the company sold high-quality yet affordable products accessible to everyone. This desire was born out of the need for affordable healthcare and easy access to medical essentials. Fast forward to 2022, JJ Commerce Studio is now one of the fastest-growing e-commerce businesses in the United States.

Our products are available on Amazon.com, and soon, on other major e-commerce websites. Our products are soon to hit the shelves of major retailers such as CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and health facilities such as hospitals and drugstores.
JJ Care is looking for a talented, goal-driven and enthusiastic member of our growing team as a Product Manager/ Account Manager. We are looking for a Product Manager/ Account Manager to manage the day-to-day sales operations of the product catalog in line with the target margin and sales.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
We offer a full-time, permanent work-from-home setup. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time). All roles are open to both Philippine-based candidates and outside the country. Enjoy working from anywhere you like!
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Laptop/Desktop - We discouraged the use of tablet. Windows computers are ideal.
- Headset - Any type of headset will do
- Webcam - Either built-in or external is fine
- Internet - a stable LAN or WIFI is required
- Working Station - We require a conducive working station. As much as possible, refrain from staying in common areas such as the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, etc.
In this role, you’ll be doing the following tasks:
- Drive the sales conversion, review generation, keyword ranking of the Marketing team
- Optimize marketing conversion paths and rates overall; run A/B tests to achieve better results
- Analyze and evaluate campaign performance on an ongoing basis, track performance and benchmarks of campaigns, pivoting campaign strategy based on real-time insights
- Designing marketing strategy for each new product based on its segmentation and effective targeting to ensure successful launch
- Overseeing marketing expenses, keywords, coupons, promotions, and ranking to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Staying updated on market trends, conducting gap analysis and suggesting improvements
- Ensuring successful launches, optimum inventory levels and promotions
- Listing audits and determination of organic ways to improve sales
- Product Launches: Ensuring the product listings are up to mark, doing keyword research for the new SKUs and competitive analysis, creating launch trackers to monitor day-to-day activity
- Development of marketing campaigns through SEO and SEM while optimizing the budgets and spend on each keyword as per their rank and Cost-Per-Click while maintaining the marketing budget target
- Oversees overall account health
- Forecasting and Planning with Supply chain to manage and monitor FBA inventory on accurate forecasting and planning to optimize storage costs, product availability and profitability
- FBA Synchronization with Product Development Team
- Communicating efficiently with new product sourcing team to synchronize the new product prospects that are available and possible issues that can occur in that product
- Liaise with the Creative Content Team to create Amazon listings with the most engaging copy and designs for online retail customers. Ensure that content including product listings, brand pages, banners and more are in line with standards and our brand guidelines
- Analyze Amazon sales history, in-stock rates and on-hands to ensure we are fully stocked for Amazon sales needs. Responsible for closing the gap on out of stocks and ensuring healthy inventory levels
- Analyze our brands' product expansion opportunity for new products on Amazon
- Monitor profitability and PPC performance to ensure that bottom-line results meet expectations set by leadership.
- Regularly measure, analyze and report on sales performance and Amazon KPIs, and develop action plans to improve listings and overall account health
- A strong candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience as an Amazon Seller Central Account Maintenance or similar role, strong analytical background, ability to make informed, quick, and calculated decisions based on large amount of data whether launching new products or updating current products, highly efficient in time and task management, has an entrepreneurial mind-set, ability to develop an efficient collaboration system, experience in conducting deep-dive market research, excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, excellent documentation skills, good leadership skills, and willingness to continually learn on the job by staying on top of the latest strategies and promotional tactics.

YOUR APPLICATION JOURNEY

- Discovery Call: If you pass the initial screening, you will be then provided a schedule for your Discovery Call or what others call it as your Initial Interview. Please make sure that your camera and microphone are working well. The duration of this call is between 15 - 30 minutes.
- Hiring Manager’s Opportunity Call: The final call will be with the department head/ hiring manager. Questions asked here are more inclined to your technical skills. The duration of the call is only 15 minutes. Make sure to join at least 5 minutes before your schedule.
- Case Study/ Assessment: Depending on the role you're applying for, case studies and assessments may be given to measure your competency based on your technical abilities.
- Decision: The last step is getting all the feedback from your interviewers and the case study result. Once done, one of our recruiters will reach out to you on the status of your application.
