Job Opportunity: PH-Based NDIS Accounts Officer
Join our team! We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer based in the Philippines to support our financial and administrative operations for an NDIS provider.
Key Responsibilities Daily Tasks:

• Monitor and process emails in the accounts inbox (accounts@yvsc.com.au).
• Enter supplier invoices into Xero accounting software.
• Reconcile daily bank transactions for accurate financial records.
• Process and update Airwallex transactions and receipts in Xero.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.

Weekly Tasks:

• Update and maintain the client tracker every Friday to ensure accurate records.

Fortnightly Tasks:

• Generate invoicing reports for Executive Director approval.
• Process Harvest and Shift Care invoicing for payment tracking.
• Assist with payroll and timesheet processing for timely, accurate payments.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software like Xero.
• Experience in bank reconciliation, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for liaising with clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with Airwallex, Harvest, and Shift Care is a plus.

Reporting Structure
You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations and administrative support.
Work Schedule
This role involves daily financial tasks and follows a structured weekly and fortnightly workflow. Flexibility to handle ad hoc responsibilities is essential.
