Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can think on their feet, analyze financial data effectively, and ask the right questions to ensure accuracy and compliance. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering top-quality service to our clients by carrying out detailed tasks and ensuring adherence to required standards.
You will work directly with the company’s director in a fast-paced environment, making this an excellent opportunity for a quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Accountant
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a must
- Experience in Research and Development is a plus
- Strong written communication skills and proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage
- Background in accounting and/or auditing is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data at a high level
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment
- Quick to learn and open to new challenges
- Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps (for Skype video calls)
- Salary starting at Php 35,000++ (based on experience)
- 13th-month pay
- 20 days paid annual leave (accrued)
- 5 days of sick leave (accrued)
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage for 2 dependents
- Government-mandated benefits (SSS, HDMF, Phil Health, etc.)
- Daytime work hours (Philippine time)
- Observance of Philippine holidays
- Full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- Work from home arrangement

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)
