Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end marketing strategy for all brands within the Perú & Bolivia business, aiming to drive their growth in terms of market share, sales volume, and profitability. This is a strategic role responsible for defining the direction of the brands both in the short and long term, at the local level. Additionally, this role is responsible for executing the brand strategies locally in collaboration with the country’s management committee

Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
Lead and manage the end-to-end marketing strategy for all brands within the Perú & Bolivia business, aiming to drive their growth in terms of market share, sales volume, and profitability. This is a strategic role responsible for defining the direction of the brands both in the short and long term, at the local level. Additionally, this role is responsible for executing the brand strategies locally in collaboration with the country’s management committee
Your Impact
- Leadership and Development of the Marketing Team: Lead the marketing team by setting clear objectives, providing direction, and fostering professional development. Ensure effective communication within the team and with other areas of the company.
- Interarea collaboration and communication: Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, finance, and commercialization, among others, to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the company’s overall objectives and to coordinate efforts and resources.
- Develop brand strategy: Design the marketing strategy for brands to achieve the country’s overall objectives.
- Create and lead, in collaboration with the region, the strategy for local brands such as Natuchips and Detodito (Colombia is the create market) to expand into the LATAM region and globally
- Lead brand management: Execute end-to-end brand strategies to build and maintain strong brands within the country.
- Development of Short and Long-Term Innovation Pipeline: Plan and lead brand innovations.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze consumers and competitors to develop sustainable strategies that contribute to brand growth.
- 360 Communication Strategy: Create and execute 360-degree communication strategies (Media and Point of Sale) to promote brand news and contribute to their growth.
- A&M Administration: Manage and allocate resources to achieve the country’s objectives and the growth of our brands, projecting activities with positive ROIs.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing positions.
- At least 8 years of prior experience managing marketing teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry in Perú, including consumers, shoppers, customers, and channels.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills
