This job pays 2% commission. Average new home price is 400k, selling 1 home a month would earn 96.000.00 per year before taxes. This is a job where effort pays off!
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Guide clients through the home buying process, from initial inquiry to closing.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to upper management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
