Job Summary: An expert bookseller’s priority is to increase results and profit through growing sales and creating efficiencies in the store. Your keen abilities are demonstrated through an expert level of knowledge and proficiency in various areas or subjects. This expertise is recognized in the store but might contribute to the cluster or area. You create the energy and vibe in the store through a love of books and a personal desire to create the best experience for our customers. As a skilled bookseller, you are a subject matter expert who mentors, teaches and helps booksellers to develop in their bookselling careers. In your role, you support the cluster structure with your expertise which results in important contributions to positive sales results and increased efficiencies for the company.
