As a Kindergarten Teacher with Palm Bay Elementary, you are entrusted with ensuring that each student is educated in a rigorous and joyful learning environment. Surrounded by a team of like-minded educators, you will be supported to provide high quality instruction and grow as a teacher and leader.
Key Responsibilities:

• Creates a calm, rigorous, and engaging classroom environment
• Executes lesson plans and differentiates instruction on a daily basis to ensure the measurable success of all learners
• Uses data to drive instruction by regularly analyzing data, studying student work, and implementing the highest leverage instructional strategies to maximize student achievement
• Participates in collaborative curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions
• Regularly implements feedback with grace and urgency and with students' achievement in mind
• Builds strong relationships with parents and students, driving investment in school culture and academics

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree, or higher, Elementary Certification in the State of Florida; prior experience is preferred.
