Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. The ability to manage customer accounts, and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. The pay will depend on experience.
Duties

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales leads.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales in the concrete/foundation business
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
