We are a specialty company that provides mold assessment and cause and origin analysis for water damaged dwellings and commercial buildings. We service the entire State of Florida. We are looking for a Florida-licensed mold assessor to perform assessments in the Panama City area. Those with an asbestos inspector certification are highly encouraged to apply.

Physical demands
One must have the ability to perform the following daily duties

• The ability to drive up to 3 hours each way to and from job sites with reliable transportation.
• Climb a ladder while carrying 30 lbs.
• Moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to move oneself in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces (ie. crawl spaces and attics).

Travel

• Travel daily to and from job sites. Overnight/extended travel does occur occasionally.

Desired Background Experience: Building science, construction, civil engineering, industrial hygiene, occupational safety, health sciences, asbestos consulting, insurance adjuster.
Florida Licensed Mold Assessors and Certified Indoor Environmentalists (CIE) are encouraged to submit a resume.
Minimum Required Education: AA Degree or higher
Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
