Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial electrical work, demonstrating proficiency in using various tools and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to read and interpret schematics.
Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical tasks.
• Conduct tests using ammeters, voltmeters, and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations during all installations and repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably with a focus on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Familiarity with testing equipment including ammeters, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations are preferred but not mandatory.
