• Prepare and Revise the analyses of all project activities, factoring achieved performance in relation to economic targets using an Earned Value approach.

• Provide monthly reporting and support to the Operations Controller

• Establish reporting and analysis standards and best practices

• Provide monthly reporting to support Project Management and Project Directors decision making

• Perform ad hoc analysis as required to identify trends and opportunities

• Assist in financial decision making by providing analysis on the performance trends.

• Monitor various projects during execution by analyzing the achieved results and comparing them with budget which could lead to pinpointing major variance as applicable.

• Prepare the bid reorganization, the budget and the forecast for the area in accordance with the agreed WBS/WBE working with the designated AFC Manager, Estimating, and Project Management.

• Perform cost analysis simulation backed by empirical data that aims at improving production and reducing risk contributing to the overall project success.

• Lead semi-annual Forecast and Budget evaluation exercises.

• Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, accounting or equivalent

• 8+ years of related engineering experience (depending on the complexity of the Business Unit)

• Must have budgeting or forecasting experience

• Experience with Earned Value Management, strongly preferred

• PMP certificate preferred

• Background experience in estimating/scheduling is a plus

• Construction experience, strongly preferred

• Proficient interpersonal and organization skills

• MS Office proficiency including advanced knowledge of Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication
