Position Overview:
As a Canvasser at King Aire, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging homeowners and businesses in door-to-door outreach. Your role is essential in spreading awareness about our backup power solutions and electrical services, educating potential customers, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Door-to-Door Canvassing: Visit residential and commercial properties to engage potential customers and generate interest in King Aire’s backup power and electrical services.
• Educate Customers: Inform homeowners and business owners about the benefits of backup power systems and our range of electrical services.
• Generate Leads: Collect information from potential customers and schedule appointments for follow-up consultations with the sales team.
• Meet and Exceed Goals: Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Maintain a Positive Attitude: Represent King Aire with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude while interacting with potential customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the canvassing team and other departments to ensure smooth lead transitions and follow-up processes.

Qualifications:

• No Experience Required: While experience in door-to-door canvassing or sales is helpful, we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and confidently with potential customers.
• Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: A driven individual who thrives in a performance-based environment.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor when interacting with people.
• Ability to Work Independently: Comfortable working on your own while following company guidelines and strategies.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within assigned areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
