Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. The ability to work in Quickbooks is a plus. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication.
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects.
Experience
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties and office management practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is helpful.
