Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for solar parts within the designated area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and installers in the solar industry.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing), Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the solar or electrical components in the solar industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel all over the Pakistan.
