Job Title: Outdoor Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Operations:
o Conduct outdoor activities related to operational tasks, including inspections, deliveries, or customer interactions.
o Ensure timely execution of assigned field tasks while adhering to company protocols.
2. Coordination:
o Collaborate with the operations team to meet daily and monthly targets.
o Maintain communication with clients or stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
3. Documentation:
o Record and report daily activities accurately.
o Ensure proper handling of operational documents and invoices.
4. Problem Solving:
o Identify and address operational challenges in the field.
o Proactively resolve customer or client queries.
5. Compliance:
o Adhere to safety standards and company policies during fieldwork.
o Ensure all tasks comply with legal and company-specific guidelines.
Requirements:

• Education: Matriculation (Minimum).
• Experience: At least 5 years in operations or a similar outdoor role.
• Salary: 25 to 35 years.
• Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Basic knowledge of operational tools and processes.
o Problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Other Requirements:

o Physical fitness for outdoor activities.
o Must possess a valid driving license (if applicable).
