Position Summary: As an Operations Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and maintain high standards of quality. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and Manage Operations: You’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day activities in Pakistan. Coordinate with various departments (including overseas) to maintain seamless operations.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement within the company. Propose effective solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team. Foster career development and resolve issues promptly.
• Effective Communication: Facilitate communication between workers and management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to achieve organizational goals.

UK Time Alignment:

• Time Zone Coordination: Ensure that all operations are synchronized with UK time. From morning stand-ups to project deadlines, you’ll be the clock whisperer.
• Virtual Coffee Breaks: Host virtual coffee breaks during UK office hours. Discuss project updates, share insights, and caffeinate together.
• Emergency Response: Be on standby for urgent matters, even if it’s 2 AM your time. The sun never sets on our global operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
