Location: 21A, Block Q Gulberg 2, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
Resource Service Group (RSG) is hiring people for it's inbound customer service department.
. Basic to Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
. Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
. Ability to work in night shifts and working overtime (if required)
. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media
. Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
. Assist with placement of orders, Refund, or exchanges on email and calls.
Your job is to answer incoming calls, give excellent replies on tickets and handle live chats. Candidates with little experience in Call Centers will be given priority.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
