What You'll Do Creative Design

• Develop high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including brochures, social media content, email campaigns, banners, presentations, and website assets.
• Design and customize CRM templates, email marketing campaigns, and automated workflows to align with branding.
• Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity through cohesive and engaging designs.

CRM Integration and Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and CRM teams to integrate designs seamlessly into CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
• Create visual assets for CRM-based campaigns, ensuring compatibility and optimization across devices and platforms.
• Use CRM tools to track campaign performance and adapt designs to maximize impact.

Production and Quality Assurance

• Prepare final designs for CRM platforms, ensuring proper resolution, format specifications, and integration.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency across all visual and CRM-driven content.

Innovation and Learning

• Stay updated on design trends, CRM capabilities, and best practices to enhance visual content and workflow efficiency.
• Suggest and implement design innovations to improve the CRM user experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects).
• Experience in designing email templates, landing pages, and automated workflows within CRMs.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS for basic customization within CRM platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
