Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant - D365 with a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and experience working in the Retail sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing day-to-day ERP system operations, addressing functional issues, and ensuring that the ERP system is effectively supporting our supply chain processes and retail operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, troubleshoot, and enhance the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day ERP system issues related to SCM and Retail functions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve functional issues within the ERP system in a timely manner to minimize business disruption.
• Provide functional guidance and support to end-users on ERP-related questions and issues.
• Collaborate with the SCM team to optimize ERP processes related to inventory management, procurement, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze and address any ERP configuration issues affecting supply chain functions.
• Ensure that the ERP system supports efficient and accurate order processing, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Provide support for ERP modules related to retail operations, including point of sale (POS), pricing, promotions, and stock management.
• Work closely with retail teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with retail operations and optimize workflows.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working as an ERP Functional Consultant, specifically with Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
• Experience working in the Retail industry is essential, with knowledge of retail-specific processes like POS, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day ERP system issues related to SCM and Retail functions.
