Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization
• Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with precision and timeliness
• Maintain a pristine and organized reception area, reflecting our commitment to excellence
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining professionalism and composure
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
