Position: Procurement Executive
Location: S.I.T.E Area, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain
Experience: At-least 2 Years in the field of FMCG
Key Responsibilities:

• Must have good knowledge of technical procurement i.e. related to machines, spares etc.
• Preparing plans for the purchase of raw materials, packing materials, machinery, spares & services.
• Preparation of the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing the products and services to be purchased.
• Liaison with inventory department to analyze the re-order points and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
