Job Title: Enumerator
Duty Station: Tofkian UC, District Haripur, near Taxila.


Research and Development Solutions (RADS) is a Pakistan-based M&E, Research and Technical Assistance/Consultancy organization. Our team expertise includes public health specialists, social scientists, Infectious Disease and MNCH-FP researchers, epidemiologists, statisticians, economists, advocacy and policy experts, and survey management. Since 2010, RADS has worked in 120+ districts of Pakistan with national and international donors, governments, and civil society partners.
RADS provides quality primary and secondary research, 360-degree survey and data management, scientifically standardized analysis, third-party monitoring, and impact evaluation services along with short-term technical assistance and consultancy

• The total field duration is 12 – 15 days.
Enumerators will have to attend all required training sessions which will be conducted for 3-4 days, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Participation in the training is mandatory.

• Responsibilities
  

• Enumerators must complete all assigned deliverables promptly and professionally, acting on behalf of RADS.
• Travel independently or with the team to designated areas to conduct household survey activities.
• Prepare a detailed route plan, set daily targets, and coordinate effectively with team members before starting field activities.
• Maintain communication and coordination with the internal field monitoring team and coordinator.
• Update Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) sheets daily and work closely with the M&E team to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct interviews using personal Android devices or tablets provided by RADS.
• Ensure all data collection activities are completed within the allocated time frame.
• Meet daily performance targets as assigned, based on the sample size.
• Submit a daily activity report to the Head Office representative at the end of each day.
• Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and ethical behavior while representing RADS.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by RADS to support project goals.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum of a graduate degree.
• Preference for candidates with CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing) experience.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic record will also be considered.
• Candidates must be residents of nearby areas such as Taxila, Wah Cantt, etc.
