Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Email Marketer with at least 1 year of expertise, particularly in using Klaviyo. The ideal candidate will be proficient in crafting engaging email campaigns, leveraging data for segmentation and automation, and driving customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Build and segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and purchase patterns to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Create compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, visuals, and CTAs, aligned with brand voice and strategy.
• Set up and optimize automated workflows in Klaviyo.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Conduct A/B testing on email elements such as subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and maintain high deliverability rates.
• Stay updated with Klaviyo’s features, email marketing trends, and industry best practices to maximize ROI.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, with hands-on expertise in Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and personalization.
• Proficiency in analyzing email performance data and generating actionable insights.
• Experience with email design and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
