Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
• Provide product information and support to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Freshers or candidates with prior experience in customer service.
