The Company:
Zarea is the Pakistan’s largest and fast growing digital marketplace for physical commodities. We a B2B company source commodities and products from our local supplier base and sell them to customers in Pan-Pakistan. After remarkable growth, the Company has decided to explore the Middle East market.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and optimize efficiency.
• Lead sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality control.
• Drive growth strategies and expansion plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Should have experience in E-Commerce, B2B setup.
• Strong experience in operations, sales, or procurement.
• Background in textile, cement, steel, Engro, Fertilizer, or top manufacturing companies, or telecommunications.
• Excellent leadership and strategic skills.
• Should be a good team player

Additional Information:

• Full-time position.
• Salary Package upto 600,000 and company benefits.
