1. Job Responsibilities:
· Identifying New Business Opportunities
· Research potential markets, industries, and trends to discover opportunities for growth.
· Identify prospective clients or partners through networking and cold calls,
· Analyze competitive market data to pinpoint areas for expansion.
. Proven experience and track record of sales revenue generated.
. Understanding of the product being sold is a plus.
2. Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for new business prospects and guide them through the sales process.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business development goals with overall company objectives.
- Create and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets or achieve market entry.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, adjusting as needed.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Ensure that agreements align with company policies and objectives.
- Work closely with marketing & sales teams and develop offerings that meet market demands.
- Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and preferences.
- Track key performance metrics such as leads generated, deals closed, and revenue growth.
- Prepare reports for senior management detailing progress toward business goals.
- Use data insights to improve strategies and processes.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify long-term opportunities and align them with company goals.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to address challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Networking: Expertise in building and maintaining professional relationships specially high-end clients.
- MBA or a Masters Degree is a must from a recognized university
