Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure the support team delivers excellent customer service.
- Manage shift schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
- Monitor team performance metrics such as response and resolution times, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer issues to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless service.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members while fostering ongoing development.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within customer service or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
- A commitment to enhancing the customer experience and team performance.
