Withholding Tax Filings & Returns
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely filing of withholding tax returns as per local laws.
- Manage withholding tax deductions on vendor payments and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities for audits, notices, and other compliance-related issues.
Vendor Invoicing & Payments
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment disbursement.
- Verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and contracts.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships by ensuring timely payment and resolving payment discrepancies.
SRB & State Bank Reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly returns to the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) in compliance with applicable laws.
- Manage reporting requirements to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), including foreign payments and remittances.
Accounts Payable Management
- Supervise the accounts payable team, providing guidance and ensuring smooth operation of the AP function.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent errors and fraud in the payment process.
- Monitor cash flow and work closely with the treasury department to ensure sufficient funds for payments.
Reconciliation & Reporting
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of accounts payable sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
- Provide regular reports on accounts payable aging, vendor balances, and tax liabilities to senior management.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounts payable processes, including automation and system upgrades.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, banking regulations, and financial reporting standards to ensure compliance.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Payables and Taxation: 2 years (Preferred)
