Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our business-to-business (B2B) sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, navigating past gatekeepers, and scheduling a minimum of two appointments per day for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential B2B clients.
- Successfully navigating and passing gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
- Scheduling a minimum of two appointments per day for the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications and appointments.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B appointment-setting role.
- Proven experience in passing gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
